Synthesis of compound 2 A mixture of compound 1 (0.9g, 5.3mmol) and 5-amino-3-(2- phenylethyl)isoxazole (1.0g, 5.3mmol) in AcOH (16ml_) was stirred at reflux for 4h. The reaction mixture was poured into ice/water (100ml_). The solid formed was collected by filtration and dried under high vacuum. 1.5g (79%) of compound 2 were obtained.1H-NMR (CDCI3): δ= 7.62 (s, 1 H), 7.27-7.1 1 (m, 5H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 3.43-3.37 (m, 2H) 3.03-2.97 (m, 2H), 2.22-2.10 (m, 1 H), 1 .24-1 .17 (m, 2H), 1 .13-1 .05 (m, 2H).MS: m/z= 323[M+H]+, 345 [M+Na]+ |
