Under argon atmosphere, compound 1n (0.2mmol), compound 2a (0.2mmol) and KOtBu (2.2mg, 0.02mmol) were added to the vacuum sealed tube, then DME (2.0mL) was added, and the vacuum sealed tube was sealed. Place in an oil bath at 30°C, stir until the reaction is complete, remove the organic solvent under reduced pressure to obtain a crude product, which is purified by silica gel column chromatography (PE:EA=10:1) to obtain compound 3na.Yellow solid (mp=147-149°C); (65mg, yield 90%). |
