1.2 2) Preparation of Intermediate II
Under nitrogen protection, 28 mmol of iridium trichloride hydrate and 62 mmol of intermediate I prepared in step 1) were added to the three-necked flask, and then a mixture of ethylene glycol methyl ether and water (300 mL) was added, wherein ethyl acetate was added. The volume ratio of glycol methyl ether and water was 3:1; the mixture was heated to 80° C., refluxed for 20 hours, and a solid was precipitated.After the reaction was completed, it was cooled to room temperature, filtered, washed with water and methanol, and dried to obtain a yellow solid intermediate II for use. The yield of intermediate II was 90.7%. |
