With N-Bromosuccinimide; In tetrahydrofuran; at 25℃; for 1h; |
To a solution of 9 (3.5 g, 16.3 mmol) in THF, solution of NBS (2.9 g, 16.3 mmol) in 25 mLTHF was added drop wise at ambient temperature. The resulting mixture stirred for 1h at 0 C,after completion of reaction, reaction mixture was quenched with hypo and extracted with ethylacetate and washed with brine. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and thesolvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash columnchromatography with 20% EtOAc/hexane to give compound 10 (3.7 g, 85%) as light yellow liquid. |
