AZ084 is an orally active, selective allosteric antagonist of CCR8 with a Ki value of 0.9 nM. It inhibits immune tolerance by downregulating Treg differentiation and suppresses the formation of tumor cells in the lungs, making it useful for asthma and cancer research.
