Post-sales Support:

2.1 How to Obtain Quality Inspection Files?

Our products have undergone full quality control analysis to ensure customer satisfaction, including NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, etc. You can find "Quality Control" on the product details page, view the batch in the box, select the file and download.

2.2 How Can I Find the Storage Conditions for Products?

You can find the storage conditions below the product images on the detail page. Additionally, specific storage conditions are clearly stated on the product's Certificate of Analysis (COA). For special products, please refer to the storage requirements specified in their respective COA documents.

2.3 How Can I Check the Stability of Products?

Regarding stability, you can refer to the SDS, particularly under "7. HANDLING AND STORAGE" and "10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY". Of course, even for compounds listed as relatively stable in the SDS, we still recommend that customers store them properly.

2.4 We Previously Purchased This Product in Liquid Form. Why Is It Now a Solid?

According to the product's melting point in the SDS, if it falls between 0-45°C, the product is likely to be liquid in summer and solid in winter. This change in physical state does not affect product quality, so customers can use it with confidence.

2.5 Why Is There a Color Difference Between Batches?

Product color may vary within specification ranges, especially for nitrogen-containing compounds which tend to discolor. This color variation does not impact quality, please use with assurance.

2.6 Does the Product Include Impurity Testing?

Our quality control for reagents includes purity testing but not impurity characterization.

2.7 Why Were Elevated Impurity Levels Detected in the Analysis (NMR/GC/HPLC)?

Since testing conditions significantly impact purity results. Should any confirmed quality issues arise, please contact us for post-sales support.

2.8 What Is the Expiry Date?

All reagents may potentially degrade due to storage conditions or trace impurities. Even minor factors can lead to gradual, unpredictable product decomposition over time. Therefore, we conduct regular re-examinations to ensure that the chemical reagents have not deteriorated. Additionally, we strongly recommend using the product immediately upon receipt.

2.9 How Should the Product Be Handled Before Preparation or Use?

During transportation, powder or solution may adhere to the tube walls or caps. Therefore, we recommend low-speed centrifugation before opening to minimize product loss.

2.10 Can These Products Be Used for Purposes Such as Food Additives or Pharmaceuticals?

All chemical products listed in our catalog are strictly intended for experimental and research purposes only. Under no circumstances shall these products be utilized as pharmaceuticals, quasi-pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agricultural chemicals, pesticides, food additives, or household chemicals. AmBeed expressly disclaims all liability for any damages, injuries, or adverse consequences arising from the improper or unintended use of our products.

2.11 What Are the Packaging and Container of the Product?

AmBeed products are packaged in suitable containers based on the application and characteristics of each product, with glass bottles and plastic bottles being the default options.

2.12 How to Prepare a Stock Solution of the Product?

Please select an appropriate solvent (typically DMSO or H2O) to prepare the stock solution according to your experimental requirements.

To calculate the required solvent volume for achieving a specific concentration, you may use the molarity calculator available on the product details page:

After preparation, we recommend aliquoting the stock solution into multiple tubes for storage at -20°C/-80°C to prevent product degradation caused by repeated freeze-thaw cycles during usage.

2.13 How to Use the Product in Animal Studies (Including Administration Route, Dosage, Solvent Selection, and Treatment Duration)?

  • For water-insoluble compounds: A solubilization formulation is typically required. Common cosolvents include PEG300, Tween 80, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and cyclodextrins.
  • DMSO stock solutions can be stored (generally at 20× - 50× working concentration).
  • Cosolvents and saline should be freshly added before use.
  • For large dosing volumes or high working concentrations in animal studies where 20×/50× stocks are impractical, prepare fresh solutions.
  • For water-soluble compounds: May be directly diluted to working concentration with saline or PBS.
  • Based on aqueous solubility data:
  • • Prepare 10× stock in distilled water, then dilute 10-fold with PBS/saline
  • • If solubility limits prevent 10× stock, prepare fresh in PBS/saline
  • Due to complex composition of PBS/saline, long-term storage may affect compound stability, and avoid preparing stocks in these buffers.
  • Calculation tools:
  • • Working concentration calculator (available on product page)
  • • Total compound requirement calculator (available on product page)

2.14 Why Is There a Difference Between the Values Listed in the Product Catalog and the Actual Test Results?

The physical property values listed in the product catalog are reference values obtained from literature sources rather than actual measured values or specification standards. Therefore, discrepancies may exist between these reference values and actual test results.
