BCH (2-Amino-2-norbornanecarboxylic acid) is a selective competitive inhibitor of L-type amino acid transporter 1 (LAT1). It significantly inhibits cellular amino acid uptake and mTOR phosphorylation, thereby inhibiting cancer cell growth and inducing apoptosis.
