Biological Activity

Description
DIF-3 reduces the expression levels of cyclin D1 and c-Myc by promoting their degradation via the activation of GSK-3β. It inhibits proteins related to the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in DLD-1 cells and exerts a potent antiproliferative effect on the human cervical cancer cell line HeLa, inducing cyclin D1 degradation and inhibiting cyclin D1 mRNA expression[1].
