Rosolic acid is an activator of Nrf2 and its downstream targets. It increases angiogenic factor levels, reduces inflammation (TNF-α and IL-1β), and apoptosis markers (CXCL10 and CCL2), restores pancreatic cell function, and protects endothelial cells under endoplasmic reticulum stress.
