Validamycin A is an agricultural antibiotic fungicide that inhibits the growth of Aspergillus flavus (MIC = 1 μg/mL) and has high inhibition activity against trehalase of Fusarium oxysporum (IC50 = 72 μM). It is also a reversible inhibitor of tyrosinase (Ki = 5.893 mM).
