The reaction mixture was added to half-saturated ammonium chloride in water (80 mL) and stirred for 30 min. The solids were collected by filtration, washed by water. The crude product was purified by column chromatography (0-10% MeOH in DCM) to give compound 31 as yellow solids (113 mg, 43% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 11.87 (s, 1H), 9.00 (s, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.80-7.20 (m, 4H), 6.40 (br, 1H), 5.75 (s, 1H), 5.30 (br, 1H), 3.73 (s, 1H), 3.72 (br, 1H), 2.38 (m, 1H), 2.00-1.70 (m, 4H), 0.89 (m, 2H), 0.62 (m, 2H); ESI-MS: calcd for (C21H21F3N6) 414, found 415 (MH+). |
