To that DIEA (1.07 ml, 3 eq) was added and stirred the reaction mixture for 3-4 minutes. A solution of amine 110 (3.00 g, 1.58 mmol) was added followed by 1 eq. DIEA. The reaction mixture stirred overnight at room temperature. Solvents were removed under reduced pressure. The residue dissolved in DCM, washed with bicarbonate and water. DCM layer was dried over sodium sulfate and removed the solvents. The residue was purified by chromatography (eluted first with ethyl acetate, followed by 5-20% MeOH/DCM) to get the product 117 as white solid (3.35 g, 88%). MS: Calculated for C117H175N11O42, 2406.19. Found 2429.10 (M+Na)
