Biological Activity

Description
TD52, a derivative of Erlotinib, is an orally active and potent inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A). It induces apoptosis in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells by modulating the CIP2A/PP2A/p-Akt signaling pathway. TD52 indirectly decreases CIP2A levels by disrupting Elk1 binding to the CIP2A promoter. Despite exhibiting lower inhibition of p-EGFR, TD52 demonstrates significant anti-cancer activity [1].
