With (1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene)palladium(II) dichloride; potassium acetate In 1,4-dioxane Inert atmosphere; 13.3 (3) Preparation of compound 30 In inert gas protection, compound 29 (10mmol), binborrate pinacol ester (23mmol), potassium acetate (70mmol) were dissolved in 1,4-dioxane, and then tetrakis(triphenylphosphino)palladium (0.3mmol) was added, 1,4-dioxane was dried under reduced pressure, extracted with dichloromethane, saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution washed 3 times, and dried dichloromethane. The crude product was purified by petroleum ether: dichloromethane = 2:1 (v/v) as eluent column chromatography to obtain a white solid product with a yield of 76%.
