BLU-945 is a potent, highly selective, reversible inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase (TKIs) with oral activity. BLU-945 effectively inhibits EGFR with L858R and/or exon 19 deletions, T790M mutations, and C797S mutations. It can be used in research on lung cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
