Crotonoside is isolated from the Chinese herb Croton tiglium. Crotonoside inhibits FLT3 and HDAC3/6, exhibiting selective inhibitory effects in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. Crotonoside may be a promising new lead compound for AML research.
