JSH-150 is a highly selective CDK9 kinase inhibitor with IC50 value of 1nM. It dose-dependently inhibited the phosphorylation of RNA Pol II, suppress the expression of MCL-1 and c-Myc, arrested the cell cycle and induced the apoptosis in the leukemia cells.
