N-Arachidonylglycine is a carboxylic acid analog of the endocannabinoid anandamide, acting as a GPR18 agonist (EC50 = 44.5 nM). It is inactive at CB1 and CB2 receptors, inhibits GLYT2 (IC50 = 5.1 μM), and acts as an effective activator of endometrial cell migration.
