(S)-Rasagiline (TVP1022) is the less active S-enantiomer of Rasagiline, which is a potent and selective irreversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase (MAO), with IC50s of 4.43 nM and 412 nM for MAO B and MAO A activities in rat brain, respectively[1].
