With triethylamine; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 100℃; for 0.75h; A mixture of 50 mg (0.17 mmol) of G-2, 34 mg (0.22 mmol) of <strong>[55304-73-9]2,6-dichloropyridine-3-carboxaldehyde</strong> and 116 uL (0.84 mmol) triethylamine in DMF (3 mL) was stirred at 100 C. for 45 minutes. The reaction was diluted with EtOAc (60 mL), washed with water, saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and brine and concentrated. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography (EtOAc/hexanes) to afford a foamy solid. Data for W-1: LC/MS: rt=1.96 min; m/z (M+H)=419.1 found; 419.5 required
