YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
75% With caesium carbonate; In 1,4-dioxane; at 110℃; for 4h; A mixture of 7-fluoro-4H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one (200 mg, 1.2 mmol), (chloromethyl)benzene (159 mg, 1.26 mmol) and cesium carbonate (1.95 g, 5.98 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (10 mL) was stirred at 110 oC for 4h. After filtration, the filtrate was concentrated and purified by silica gel chromatography using ethyl acetate:petroleum ether(1:4) as eluting solvents to afford 4-benzyl- [103361-99-5]7-fluoro-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazin-3(4H)-one (250 mg, 75%) as a white solid.
