YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
89% In chloroform; A solution of <strong>[253-72-5]1,6-naphthyridine</strong> (100 mg, 0.77 mmol) in CHCl3 (1 mL) was added to [CuBr(PPh3)3] (56.8 mg, 0.061 mmol). The solution thus obtained was recrystallized by a vapor-liquid diffusion method using ether overnight to produce [CuBr(PPh3)2(1,6-nap)] (43.1 mg) as a yellow crystal with 89percent yield. The interpretation results of the single crystalline X-ray structure of the crystal thus obtained is illustrated in FIG. 2H.
