1.5 g With N,N-diethylcarbamyl chloride In dichloromethane at 20℃; for 48 h; Inert atmosphere; Cooling with ice TMSCN (6.8 mL, 54.9 mmol) was added dropwiseto 3B (7g, 45.7 mmol)in anhydrous CH2Ch under N2. Thereaction was cooledon ice bath and Et2NCOC1 (7.4g, 54.9 mmol) was added. The reaction was stirred at room temperature for two days.Aqueous K2C03 solution (10percent, 100 mL) was added to the reaction.After 10 minutes of stirring, the reaction was extractedwith ethyl acetate, dried over MgS04,filtered, and concentratedin vacuo.The residue was purified with flash chromatography to give 3C (1.5g)
