With copper(l) iodide; potassium carbonate; N,N-dimethylethylenediamine; In 1,4-dioxane; at 95℃; for 12h;Inert atmosphere; I1 (805.11 mg, 3.62 mmol) and 53-1 (1 g, 4.35 mmol) were added into 1,4-dioxane (20.00 mL), followed by cuprous iodide (689.86 mg, 3.62 mmol), potassium carbonate (685.85 mg, 4.96 mmol) and N,N'-methylethylenediamine (351.24 mg, 3.98 mmol, 428.86 muL), the reaction mixture was heated to 95C under nitrogen atmosphere, then reacted for 12 h. After adding ammonia (100 L), the reacted mixture was then extracted by EA (2×50 L), the organic phase was washed by saturated brine (50 mL), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, the filtrate was concentrated to give the crude product, which was purified by silica gel column chromatography (silica gel mesh: 100-200 mesh; PE/EA=20/1-0/1) to give 53-2. MS m/z:371.41 [M+H]+
