95.4% With trifluorormethanesulfonic acid; 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl-phenol; at 80℃; for 1h;Dean-Stark; Inert atmosphere; To a 500 mL three-necked flask equipped with a constant pressure funnel, magnetic stirrer, Dean-Stark tube and condenser, nitrogen was added 124.18 g (0.5 mol) of methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.15 g of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, 0.15 g of BHT was heated to 80 C and 216.36 g (1.5 mol) of acetoxyvinyldimethylsilane was added dropwise to the reaction flask through a constant-pressure funnel. As the dropwise addition progressed, most of the low boiling by-products were continuously distilled off and collected from the Dean-Stark tube side tube. After completion of the addition, stirring was continued for 1 hour. The reaction product was transferred to a separatory funnel and washed with water (100 mL) six times to obtain a neutral colorless transparent liquid. A small amount of low boiling substance was removed by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure to obtain 218.87 g of methacryloxypropyltris(vinyldimethylsiloxy)silane in a yield of 95.4%.
