YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
2.6 g In tetrahydrofuran; at 0 - 10℃; for 15h;Inert atmosphere; To a solution of compound B25 (5 g, 35.7 mol) in THF (50 mL) was added MeMgBr (3 M, 47.6 mL) dropwise at 0-5 C under N2 atmosphere. The resulting mixture was stirred at 10 C for 15 hours to form a white suspension. TLC showed the reaction was completed. The mixture was poured into saturated aqueous NH4CI (50 mL). The mixture was extracted with EtOAc (50 mL x 3). The combined organic extract was washed with brine (80 mL x 2), dried over anhydrous Na2S04, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to give compound B26 (2.6 g) as a white solid.
