YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene; 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole; In dimethyl sulfoxide; at 20℃; for 12h; 1. 20 mmol of trityl (Trt) protected mercapto-n-hexanoic acid was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, 20 mmol of CDI and 10 mmol of DBU were added, and 10 mmol of glycerophosphorylcholine (GPC) was added at room temperature. The reaction was stirred for 12 hours. After the reaction was completed, 50 ml of distilled water was added, and the mixture was extracted with 100 ml of dichloromethane. The extract was dried over magnesium sulfate, concentrated and separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain bis(tritylmercapto-n-hexanoate)glycerophosphorylcholine
