YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
91%Chromat. With iron(III) chloride; oxygen; In ethanol; at 80℃; for 6h; In an atmospheric pressure oxygen, ferric chloride (0.05 mmol), ene Ic (0.5 mmol), polymethylhydrogensiloxane (2.0 mmol) and ethanol (2.0 mL) were added to the 25 mL reaction flask. After mixing at room temperature, the reaction mixture was reacted at 80 C for 6 h.The reaction was completed, aqueous ammonia (0.5 mL) was added and stirred for 1 h.Then, 5 mL of water was added and extracted with ether (5 mL x 3). The organic phases were combined and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. Column chromatography gave 91% yield.
