YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
320 mg A solution of compound 5 (1.10 g, 10.36 mmol) in DCM (20 mL) and MeOH (20 mL) was added compound 6 (2.28 g, 10.36 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 20 °C for 16h. Mn02 (10.0 g) was added to the mixture and stirred at r.t. for 2h. The reaction mixture was filtered, the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo, and purified by chromatography on silica (0-50percentEtOAC in PE) to give compound 7 (320 mg, 1.486 mmol, 14.3percent yield) as a yellow solid. LCMS (5-95AB1 7 mm): RT = 1.546 mi [M+H1b2 15.7.
