82.7% With pyridine; thionyl chloride; In dichloromethane; at 60℃; for 2h;Inert atmosphere; 0.48 equivalent of PEG (polymerization degree=8) is heated and dissolved in 20 times the mass of dichloromethane and cooled to room temperature, 1 equivalent of thionyl chloride and 1 equivalent of anhydrous pyridine dissolved in 20 times the mass of thionyl chloride in dichloromethane. Add the PEG solution to the thionyl chloride solution dropwise under the protection of nitrogen. After the addition is complete, reflux and react at 60 C for 2 h. Add 0.02 equivalent of potassium carbonate, filter the filtrate by rotary evaporation to obtain product E (yield 82.7%).
