YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With triethylamine; In dichloromethane; at 20℃; for 0.5h; General procedure: A solution of triphosgene (2.96 g, 10 mmol) in DCM (20 ml) wasadded dropwise to primary amine (10 mmol) in DCM (20 ml) followedby the dropwise addition of triethylamine (3 ml) in DCM(10 ml). The mixture kept at room temperature for 30 min, thenthe solvent was removed on a rotary evaporator. The resulting residuewas dissolved in DCM (20 ml), and 1, 2-benzisothiazol-3-one(1.51 g, 10 mmol) in THF (20 ml) was added. After the mixture wasstirred at room temperature overnight, the solvent was removedon a rotary evaporator. The residue was dissolved in acetone(30 ml) and mixed with water (30 ml). The precipitate was collectedon a funnel by vacuum filtration and washed with water-acetone (1:1, 4 5 ml) to afford the final compound.
