82% With C43H56NO6PPdS; In water; at 100℃; for 18h;Schlenk technique; Inert atmosphere; In the inert gas (such as high purity nitrogen) protection,To a 10 ml Schlek reaction tube was added 0.05 mmol of a water-soluble palladium on water-bound monophosphine salt compound (9), 1.0 mmol of 2-methylchlorobenzene, 1.2 mmol of <strong>[28466-26-4]4-aminopyrazole</strong>, 3 mmol of potassium phosphate and 5 ml of Water, the reaction tube was purged with nitrogen three times, then heated to 100 C with an oil bath under magnetic stirring, and the reaction was refluxed for 18 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated on a rotary evaporator and the residue was chromatographed on silica gel using ethyl acetate as the developing solvent to give pure product 2-methylphenyl-<strong>[28466-26-4]4-aminopyrazole</strong> in 82% yield.
