An additional 200 ml of 10% citric acid solution was added and stirred at room temperature for 2 h, filtered, washed with water and methyl isobutyl ketone. The obtained wet cake was further added with 400 ml of 10% citric acid solution and stirred for 1 h, filtered, and washed with 10% citric acid solution.Drying to give 2-amino-3-(3,5-diiodo-4-(4-methoxyphenoxy)phenyl)propionic acid (compound of formula III) 69.1 g,The yield was 59.3%, and it was used.
