With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); sodium carbonate; In water; at 100℃; for 0.75h; To a solution of <strong>[923595-49-7]6-chloro-3-iodo-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine</strong> (440 mg, 1.57 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (6 mL) and H2O (2 mL) was added 1-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2- yl)-2-pyridyl]piperazine (350 mg, 1.21 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (98 mg, 0.084 mmol) and Na2CO3 (1.82 mL of 2 M, 3.63 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 100 C for 45 minutes. The mixture was diluted with EtOAc and sequentially washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3 and brine. The organic layer was dried (MgSO4) and concentrated to give 6-chloro-3-(2-(piperazin-1-yl)pyridin- 4-yl)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine, which was used directly in the next step
