YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
With tetrabutylammomium bromide; potassium carbonate; In acetonitrile; at 50℃; for 14h; Compound (M-32) (1.00 g, 10.2 mmol) and potassium carbonate (2.82 g, 20.4 mmol) were dissolved in acetonitrile(20 mL), TBAB (657 mg, 2.04 mmol) and 1,2-dibromoethane (2.87 g, 15.3 mmol) were added and the mixturewas stirred at 50C for 14 hr. Thereafter, water was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organiclayer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and filtered. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure togive a crude compound (M-33)
