Recombinant Human FLT3LG (C-6His) is a human-derived protein expressed in human cells and carries a C-terminal 6×His tag. This protein corresponds to Fms-Related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG), a hematopoiesis-related four-helix bundle cytokine. Its mature form includes the extracellular domain, transmembrane region, and intracellular tail. It exhibits cross-species activity with both human and mouse orthologs and can promote the proliferation and differentiation of various hematopoietic progenitor cells.

Description
Fms-Related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG) is a hematopoietic four helical bundle cytokine. Mature human Flt‑3 Ligand consists of a extracellular domain (ECD) with a cytokine-like domain and a juxtamembrane tether region, a transmembrane segment, and a cytoplasmic tail. Human and mouse Flt‑3 Ligand show cross-species activity. Flt‑3 Ligand is expressed as a noncovalently-linked dimer by T cells and bone marrow and thymic fibroblasts.It is structurally homologous to stem cell factor (SCF) and colony stimulating facor 1 (CSF-1). In synergy with other growth factors, Flt3 ligand stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of various blood cell progenitors by activiation of Flt 3 receptor.

Formulation Description Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, pH 8.0.
Reconstitution Method Always centrifuge tubes before opening.Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
For long-term storage, it is recommended to dilute the product further with a solution containing carrier proteins (e.g., 0.1% BSA, 10% FBS, or 5% HSA). For serum-free cultures or in vivo animal experiments where BSA, FBS, or HSA cannot be present in the cytokine preparation, trehalose may be used as an alternative carrier. Aliquots should be stored frozen at -20°C to -80°C.
Note: Low-adsorption tubes are recommended for aliquot storage, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. The dilution concentration for aliquoting should not be lower than 10 μg/mL, and the aliquot volume should be no less than 10 μL.
Aliquoted protein remains stable for up to 3 months when stored at ≤ -20°C.
