Ac-YVAD-cmk (Caspase-1 Inhibitor II) is a selective inhibitor of caspase-1 (IL-1β-converting enzyme, ICE) with neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects. It effectively inhibits the expression of IL-1β and IL-18 and suppresses cell pyroptosis in various diseases.
