Description
LC3-mHTT-IN-AN2, a linker compound for mHTT-LC3, engages with mutant huntingtin protein (mHTT) and LC3B, but does not interact with wild-type HTT or unrelated control proteins. This compound selectively lowers mHTT levels in cultured neurons from Huntington disease (HD) mice in an allele-specific fashion[1].
