Description	BAZ1A-IN-1 is an effective inhibitor of the bromodomain-containing protein BAZ1A, with a KD value of 0.52 μM against BAZ1A's bromodomain. BAZ1A-IN-1 is highly effective against cancer cell lines that highly express BAZ1A but shows minimal or no effect on cell lines with low BAZ1A expression[1].
