Biological Activity

In Vitro:

Cell Line
Concentration Treated Time Description References
Acinetobacter baumannii 8 µM 30 min To investigate the role of AceR in regulating aceI gene expression under chlorhexidine induction. Results showed that chlorhexidine induced a 34-fold increase in aceI gene expression in the WT strain, while this induction was abolished in the DaceR mutant strain. J Antimicrob Chemother. 2018 Jun 1;73(6):1492-1500.

In Vivo:

Species
Animal Model
Administration Dosage Frequency Description References
Mice Partial ischemia-reperfusion injury model Topical disinfection 0.5% in 70% Ethanol Single use Used for topical disinfection before surgery Nat Commun. 2023 Jul 21;14(1):4407
C57BL/6J mice Ecological Time-Sequential Polybacterial Periodontal Infection (ETSPPI) model Oral rinse 0.12% Once on day 5 Suppress existing oral bacteria and facilitate subsequent bacterial colonization Int J Mol Sci. 2022 May 4;23(9):5107
Mice Pain model Intrathecal injection 0.025 to 0.75 mg/kg Single injection, lasting 4 hours To evaluate the analgesic effect of Consomatin Ro1, results showed dose-dependent antinociception when injected intraperitoneally but no significant effect when injected intrathecally. Dissolving Methods
Please choose the appropriate dissolution scheme according to your animal administration guide.For the following dissolution schemes, clear stock solution should be prepared according to in vitro experiments, and then cosolvent should be added in turn:

in order to ensure the reliability of the experimental results, the clarified stock solution can be properly preserved according to the storage conditions; The working fluid for in vivo experiment is recommended to be prepared now and used on the same day;

The percentage shown in front of the following solvent refers to the volume ratio of the solvent in the final solution; If precipitation or precipitation occurs in the preparation process, it can be assisted by heating and/or ultrasound.
