Clodronate Disodium Tetrahydrate is a bisphosphonate with anti-osteoporotic and anti-inflammatory effects.Clodronate disodium tetrahydrate is a selective, highly effective, reversible Cl⁻-competitive vesicular nucleotide transporter (VNUT) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 15.6 nM. It can inhibit the release of vesicular ATP from neurons, thereby alleviating chronic neuropathic pain and inflammatory pain.
