Description
FAUC 213 is an orally active, highly selective complete antagonist of the dopamine D4 receptor with a Ki of 2.2 nM for hD4.4, displaying minimal activity on D2 and D3 receptors (Ki of 3.4 μM and 5.3 μM for hD2 and hD3, respectively). FAUC 213 can cross the blood-brain barrier and exhibits characteristics of an atypical antipsychotic[1].
