Biological Activity

Description
The HSP27 inhibitor J2 disrupts normal HSP27 dimer formation and prevents the formation of large HSP27 polymers, reducing its chaperone function and cellular protection. J2 significantly boosts the antiproliferative effects of 17-AAG and increases sensitivity to cisplatin-induced inhibition of lung cancer cell growth[1][2].
