Description
(E/Z)-J147, a highly potent and orally active neuroprotective agent for cognitive enhancement, effectively crosses the blood-brain barrier (BBB). It inhibits monoamine oxidase B (MAO B) and the dopamine transporter with EC50 values of 1.88 μM and 0.649 μM, respectively. (E/Z)-J147 holds promise for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) treatment [1][2][3].
