JNJ-1013 is an effective selective IRAK1 degrader with IC50 values of 72 nM, 443 nM, and 1071 nM for IRAK1, IRAK4, and VHL FP, respectively. JNJ-1013 induces apoptosis and increases cleaved PARP expression, while reducing the expression of IRAK1, p-IKBα, and pSTAT3(Tyr705).
