L6H21 is a chalcone derivative that directly binds to the MD-2 protein with high affinity (KD = 33.3 μM), preventing the formation of the LPS-TLR4/MD-2 complex, and inhibiting TNF-α and IL-6 expression in LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages (IC50 = 6.58 and 8.59 μM, respectively). L6H21 is suitable for studies on alcoholic liver disease, metabolic disorders, and neuroinflammation.
