ZLDI-8 is an inhibitor of Notch activation/cleaving enzyme ADAM-17, capable of inhibiting the cleavage of Notch proteins and reducing the expression of proteins related to cell survival, anti-apoptosis, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
