63% With triethylamine; In toluene;Reflux; To a stirred solution of compound II (8.Og, 0.0452 moles) and compound III (13.16g, 0.0542 moles) in toluene (6OmL), triethylamine (18.9OmL, 0.1355 moles) was added and heated the reaction mixture to reflux temperature for 6 to 8h. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to 25°C to 30°C and quenched by water (8OmL), stirred for lh, filtered and suck dried. The obtained wet cake washed with water (8OmL), methyl tert-butyl ether (8OmL) and suck dried to yield pale yellow to brown solid of compound IV(9.Og, 63percentyield) with HPLC purity 97.47percent,LCMS: 317 [M+Hj, ?H NMR: (DMSO, 400 MHz): 1.318 (3H, t), 3.170 (2H, t), 3.833 (3H, S), 4.346 (2H, q), 4.6 14 (2H, t), 7.070 (2H, d), 7.550 (2H, d).
