45% | With copper(II) bis(trifluoromethanesulfonate) In benzene at 80℃; for 4h; | Reactions of cyclic acetals with ethyl 2-diazo-3-oxobutanoate (general procedure). General procedure: To a vigorously stirred solution of cyclicacetal 2a-k (1.2 mmol) and Cu(CF3SO3)2 (4 mg, 1.2*10-5 mol),a solution of ethyl 2-diazo-3-oxobutanoate 1 (100 mg, 0.6 mmol)in benzene (10 mL) was added dropwise over 15 min at 80 °C. The reaction mixture was stirred with heating for 4 h. After completion of the reaction (TLC monitoring), the mixture was cooled to room temperature, filtered through a short silica gel layer, the solvent was removed under low vacuum conditions, and the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography. |

With hydrogen In water at 100 - 200℃; | 1-7 Example 1 The catalyst prepared in Preparation Example 1 was used for the test.1) Add 10g of catalyst 1 in a fixed bed reactor, heat up to 200°C at a rate of 3°C/min under a hydrogen-nitrogen mixture (volume: 5% H2-95% N2) to reduce for 3 hours, then switch to nitrogen atmosphere, then The temperature was lowered to 100°C, and the system pressure was adjusted to 6 MPa with nitrogen.2) Use a plunger pump to feed propylene (liquid) and methanol aqueous solution (90%) into the reactor for reaction. The reaction space velocity based on methanol is 0.1h-1, and the molar ratio of methanol to propylene is 1:1.3) The reaction product is collected after condensation and gas-liquid separation. The collected product is subjected to GC (gas chromatography) to obtain methanol conversion rate of 93.3%. The main product includes 1,3-butanediol (selectivity 79.2%), 4-methyl-1,3-dioxane (selectivity 3.2%), tetrahydropyran-4-ol (selectivity 3.6%) and dimethyl ether (selectivity 9.5%). |

With H-BEA zeolite In 1,4-dioxane at 150℃; for 0.25h; Autoclave; Inert atmosphere; | Kinetic tests were carried out in a 50 mL stainless steelautoclave reactor under stirring (600 rpm) in 1,4-dioxane,a traditional solvent for this reaction [16, 17, 19, 21, 30]. For this stirring speed, we had experimentally confirmed(in advance) that the reactant diffusion in the solventbulk affected neither the formaldehyde conversion northe product selectivity. The stirring speed was shownto have no effect on the rate of substrate conversion(Fig. 1). Before the test, 0.25 g of the catalyst sample,0.5-2.0 g of paraformaldehyde, and the 1,4-dioxanesolvent were placed in an autoclave. The autoclave wasthen closed, purged with an inert gas to remove air,and filled with propylene, the amount of which beingconstantly maintained at 6.5 g. The reaction time wasvaried between 0.25 and 2.0 h to reduce the effect ofcatalyst deactivation on the test results. The reactionwas carried out at autogenous pressure. During thereaction, samples were taken every 0.25 h (15 minutes)and analyzed using a Chromatec Crystal 2000M gaschromatograph equipped with a 50 m × 0.32 mm SE-54column and a flame ionization detector. |
