With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); triethylamine; In 1,3-dioxane; at 80℃; for 3h; In a 250 mL round bottom flask, <strong>[192189-10-9]N-Boc-3-iodo-5-methoxyindole</strong> 1a (5 g, 13.4 mmol) and tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0.53 g, 0.4 mmol) were dissolved in 50 mL 1 , 4-dioxane, replacement gas.Triethylamine (19 mL, 134 mmol) and pinacol borane (3 mL, 20.1 mmol) were added with a syringe, and the mixture was stirred at 80 C after the dropwise addition.Stop heating after 3h, and after cooling to room temperature, add 2,5-dibromopyrimidine (3.2g, 13.4mmol) to the system under the protection of argonCesium carbonate (10.9 g, 33.5 mmol). After the addition was complete, the system was stirred at 100 C. overnight and monitored by TLC.After the reaction was completed, spin-dry column chromatography (V petroleum ether: V ethyl acetate = 100: 1 ? V petroleum ether: V ethyl acetate = 20: 1) to obtain 3.45 g of a white solid with a yield of 65%.
